Built by operators, for operators
30+ years building, scaling, and exiting businesses across foodservice, grocery, and distribution.
I don't build businesses from theory. I build them from the trenches.
My career started on the floor of a family business while still in grade school learning to balance the books which rolled into an hourly position at Safeway—not in corporate strategy meetings, but in actual operations. I worked my way from store-level execution to Assistant Manager of Division Operations, where I learned that systems either scale or break. There's no middle ground.
From there I consistently shattered benchmarks across multiple industries. As a Business Development Manager at PFS, former District Sales Manager at US Foods and GM at Frontdoor Consulting, I set new organizational records for revenue growth and territory expansion.
But the real education came from building and successfully exiting two businesses. In both cases, I engineered the strategic and financial frameworks while my wife, Karley, executed daily operations. We proved that the right systems create clean exits and strong valuations.
Before launching Trinity Systems or the C.R.A.F.T. Model™, I spent an entire year working with AI systems daily—not just using them, but teaching them how to interact with humans at every level. This wasn't academic research. It was operational field work: testing communication patterns, refining prompt architectures, mapping behavioral responses, and documenting what actually works in business contexts versus what sounds good in theory.
That year-long thesis became the foundation for everything we deploy at Ironclad. When we talk about "human-AI collaboration," we're not guessing. We're implementing documented patterns from thousands of hours of real-world interaction.
Most consultants optimize what's broken. We rebuild the architecture.
Most agencies sell you on complexity. We engineer for simplicity.
Most "AI experts" learned last year. We've been in the field since before it was fashionable.
And unlike solo consultants who disappear after deployment, we're building a certified network of 1099 contractors trained in our methodologies. When you work with Ironclad, you're not betting on one person's availability—you're accessing an entire ecosystem of operators who think like us.

Try C.R.A.F.T. Generator™ →We believe Main Street matters. Local businesses drive economies, create jobs, and build communities. But they shouldn't have to compete with one hand tied behind their back.
Enterprise corporations have massive IT departments, armies of consultants, and unlimited budgets for technology. Independent operators have… spreadsheets and hope.
That's the gap Ironclad fills. We deploy Fortune 500-level systems at small business budgets. We architect AI infrastructure that scales from your garage to eight figures. We build operational frameworks that let you compete—and win—against enterprises that should have every advantage.
Whether you're launching your first business or planning your exit from a $20M operation, we bring the same precision-engineered approach: systemize ruthlessly, automate intelligently, scale strategically.
Our proprietary framework for deploying AI systems that actually work.
We don't start with technology. We start with your actual bottlenecks.
Most consultants show up with a solution looking for a problem. We spend weeks in discovery—mapping your processes, interviewing your team, analyzing your data—before we propose anything. Because the right solution for a restaurant group is completely different from the right solution for an industrial distributor.
What this means: No generic templates. No one-size-fits-all deployments. Every system is custom-architected for your specific operational reality.
We measure success in hours saved, revenue generated, and costs eliminated—not in features deployed.
Before we start any engagement, we establish baseline metrics. How many hours per week are you losing to manual processes? What's your current conversion rate? What does turnover cost you annually? Then we track improvement religiously.
What this means: Every system we deploy has measurable ROI targets. If we can't prove value, we don't deploy it.
Systems that don't evolve become anchors.
We build iterative refinement into every deployment. After launch, we monitor usage data, collect team feedback, and continuously optimize. What worked in month one might need adjustment by month three as your team adopts new workflows or your business scales.
What this means: You're not stuck with version 1.0 forever. Our systems grow with you, not against you.
We build for where AI is going, not just where it is today.
The AI landscape changes monthly. Tools that didn't exist six months ago are now industry standards. We architect systems with flexible foundations—so when better models drop or new capabilities emerge, you can integrate them without rebuilding everything.
What this means: Your infrastructure won't be obsolete in 18 months. We design for extensibility, not disposability.
AI doesn't replace your existing systems. It connects them.
You already have a CRM. You already have accounting software. You already have communication tools. We don't make you rip everything out and start over. We build intelligent connective tissue that makes your current stack work together seamlessly.
What this means: Faster deployments, lower risk, and no "tech stack whiplash" for your team.

AI is the most disruptive operational technology since the internet. But most businesses are approaching it wrong.
They're either:
Ironclad exists to cut through the noise. We're operators who've built real businesses, exited successfully, and now deploy AI systems at Fortune 500 scale. We know what works because we've tested it in the field—not in theory, but in actual operations.
And we're building a network of certified consultants who think the same way. When AI becomes as fundamental to business as accounting or CRM (and it will), you'll want partners who were architecting these systems when everyone else was still figuring out what "prompt engineering" means.
That's Ironclad. Precision-engineered. Battle-tested. Ready to deploy.
