Commission Structure

Three tiers based on experience and performance. You advance as you prove yourself.

Associate Consultant

First 6 Months
30% of client revenue
  • Ironclad provides all leads
  • Full support and QA oversight
  • Weekly group coaching calls
  • Access to all playbooks and templates
Example: $25K Trinity deployment = $7,500 payout

Lead Consultant

12+ Months
40-45% + overrides
  • 40% on Ironclad leads
  • 45% on self-sourced leads
  • 5% override on consultants you train
  • Thought leadership opportunities
Example: $50K Exit + $25K self-sourced = $35,000 payout

Payment Terms

  • 50% upon client deposit payment
  • 50% upon project completion and client sign-off
  • Net 15 days after Ironclad receives funds

Who We're Looking For

Background

  • Sales operations, CRM administration, marketing automation, or technical consulting experience
  • 3-5 years in B2B services (restaurant/grocery/industrial a plus, but not required)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex systems quickly
  • Track record of client-facing work

Skills

  • AI-curious and eager to master prompt engineering
  • Process-oriented thinker who sees bottlenecks intuitively
  • Comfortable with technology but not necessarily a developer
  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Entrepreneurial but not a lone-wolf (you're joining a team)

Certification Process

From application to first client: 6-8 weeks total

Submit your background, skills, and motivation. We review within 3 business days.

Screening Call

30-minute conversation to assess culture fit and AI aptitude. No technical test yet—just getting to know you.

Technical Assessment

Prompt engineering challenge to evaluate your problem-solving approach and learning ability.

Final Interview

Conversation with Glen Floyd (founder) and potentially a Lead Consultant. Decision within 48 hours.

Certification Program

4-week intensive training covering C.R.A.F.T. methodology, Trinity deployment, client management, and business operations.

First Client Placement

We assign your first engagement with full oversight and support. You're not thrown in the deep end alone.

Certification Investment: $10,000

This covers 4 weeks of intensive training, access to proprietary methodologies, technical infrastructure, and client placement assistance. Most consultants recoup this investment on their first 2-3 engagements.

Payment options available: Pay upfront or finance through commission withholding on first engagements (we want this to be accessible).

  • Contracting and SOW templates
  • Project management and milestones
  • Issue escalation procedures

Week 4: Business Operations

  • Commission structure and payments
  • Lead qualification and handoff
  • Ironclad brand standards
  • Ongoing support resources

Certification Requirements

  • Pass technical assessment (build sample Trinity component)
  • Complete mock client engagement (role-play scenario)
  • Submit first client proposal for review and approval
  • Sign consultant agreement (1099 contract, IP assignment, NDA)
